Shane Connaughton founded FRP Project Management wanting to help contractors successfully navigate Commercial Concrete Packages without the need to employ expensive Project Managers.
After running his own concreting business, Shane realised that his number one priority was to understand and achieve his client’s goals, which is crucial to the success of every project. Shane applies his lateral thinking and keen eye for detail to deliver an unrivalled project management service which has seen his 15 years’ experience deliver on several very complex multi-million package projects without costly mistakes.
Shane’s expertise from site construction and project management through to detailed estimating analysis, allows him to take a broad project overview. As a result, he saves his clients unnecessary heartache, time, and money by co-ordinating these challenges on their behalf.
