Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, submit progress claims, identify and claim variations and issue delay notices as per the contract whilst providing regular financial updates.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring prompt resolution of any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Project Planning:
Creating and updating the programme of works, along with detailed methodologies, as required.
Request for Information:
Identification of errors and discrepancies within the project documents and managing the Request for Information [RFI] register.
Internal Communication:
Actively engaging with the site supervisor to coordinate programme timelines, discuss methodologies, anticipate lead times for materials, discuss RFI register and efficiently manage any defects that may arise during the project.
Drawing Preparation:
Preparation of marked-up structural drawings specifically tailored for on-site use. These drawings incorporate essential dimensions, details, sections and notes, allowing for ease of construction.
Supplier Communication:
Liaising with reinforcement schedulers regarding methodologies of the works and programming of reinforcement deliveries.
Onsite Work:
Site visits will be conducted as necessary throughout the project. Recommended visits include the initial project setup, client progress meetings, addressing significant onsite issues and nearing
